Good to Know from A to Z

Arosa Card
When staying at least one night in our hotel, you will receive the Arosa Card free of charge.
With the Arosa Card, you benefit from numerous advantages: free rides on the mountain railways in summer, free admission to the lido, free use of the local bus, and many other attractive leisure offers.

Bar
Our Alchemilla Parlour Bar warmly welcomes you for the winter season 25/26.
Look forward to excellent cocktails and other drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Bathrobe
Bathrobes and slippers are provided for you during your stay.

Bed Linen Change
We attach great importance to sustainability and the conscious use of resources. Therefore, bed linen is only changed as needed. We are happy to change your bed linen more frequently upon request.

Bike Room
Our bike room is located in the basement. You’re welcome to store your bikes there. It is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
You may also charge your e-bike there overnight.

Breakfast Times

Start your day with a delicious breakfast. We serve breakfast at the following times:

Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

We wish you a good appetite and a pleasant start to your day.

Check-in / Check-out
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure so it can be prepared for the next guest by 3:00 p.m.

Children
There is a playroom and a cinema for children in the basement. You'll also find a pool table, table tennis, air hockey, pinball machines, two arcade games. Ping-pong paddles/balls and pool cues are available at the reception.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in our hotel but must be registered when booking. A fee of CHF 25.- per dog per night applies. Max. 1 dog per room. Dogs are not allowed in the ZUS Brasserie and the wellness area.

Wi-Fi “Altein Guest” is freely available throughout the hotel – no password required.

Key
The main entrance is closed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Please take your key with you if returning to the hotel after 10:00 p.m.

Laundry Service
Laundry service is offered upon request and subject to availability. Normally, your laundry will be returned clean within 24 hours.

Luggage Room

On the day of departure, you are welcome to safely leave your luggage in our luggage room. This way, you can enjoy the day completely relaxed, even if your room has already been checked out.

Luggage Service

Upon request, we are happy to offer our luggage service. Our team will assist you with transporting your luggage to your room or during your departure. Please contact the reception to use this service.

Payment
You can settle your room bill the evening before departure until 10:30 p.m. or on the day of departure from 07:00 a.m. We accept cash, EC Direct, Postcard, Mastercard, and Visa. You are also welcome to pay up to 50% of your hotel services with Reka checks.

Our reception is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

You will find a valuables safe in the wardrobe. Please store all valuables in the safe.

A shoe polishing machine is available for our guests at the hotel entrance.

Smoking
Our entire hotel is non-smoking. We recommend booking a room with a balcony if you smoke. Ashtrays are also located at the main entrance, where you are welcome to smoke. A CHF 250.00 cleaning fee applies for smoked-in rooms.

Take to Your Room

We do not offer a traditional room service. However, you are welcome to take food and drinks from our restaurant to your room and enjoy them there at your leisure. Our team will gladly provide a tray, as well as cutlery and napkins upon request.

Tennis court

Our tennis court is available for CHF 15.– per hour (60 minutes) – perfect for beginners and experienced players alike to have fun and improve their skills. Enjoy a match with friends, family, or other guests, and experience a great blend of sport and hospitality.

Toiletries

In case you have forgotten any personal toiletries, we are happy to provide a selection of essential items. Please feel free to contact the reception at any time – we are happy to assist you.
